My stay was quite disappointing due to the unfriendly staff and lack of cleanliness throughout the hotel. The rooms were a decent size and comfortable for sleeping, but the overall experience was marred by the noise and the absence of Wi-Fi despite having paid for it. It's unfortunate that the hotel management didn't seem to care about addressing complaints or ensuring a pleasant environment for guests.
